Springvest is a growth equity investment company, publicly listed on Nasdaq First North Helsinki. Through our platform, we channel €5-12 million of Finnish capital per round to ambitious Finnish growth companies.
For larger rounds of up to €50 million, we step in as lead investor, syndicating the round and bringing in international VCs.
We believe technology companies play a decisive role in solving global challenges. By 2030, we aim to finance and support 100 Finnish growth companies and strengthen Finnish and European ownership in them. Looking further ahead, we target arranging €1 billion in growth funding by 2035.

Each year we review more than 200 companies, choosing only the most promising teams with scalable businesses and clear global potential.
Our portfolio currently consists of more than 40 Finnish technology companies, two-thirds of which are in health, biotech, and environmental technology, sectors where Finnish innovation has global reach.
These companies are often at a pivotal stage: years of development behind them, commercial traction underway, and exits on the horizon.

We partner with ambitious unlisted Finnish growth companies by leading and syndicating their funding rounds, helping them scale for global impact. We are industry-agnostic, with strong experience in scalable technology, particularly in bio & healthtech, environmental and dual-use sectors. Springvest specialises in equity financing rounds of €10-50 million, acting as lead investor and bringing international VCs and family offices on as co-investors.
