We bridge the funding gap for ambitious Finnish growth-stage tech companies by channeling €5–12 million of domestic capital per round. For larger funding needs up to €50 million, we act as a lead investor, structuring the round and bringing in international VCs.
We believe that technology is the primary driver in solving global challenges. Our mission is to strengthen Finnish and European ownership while accelerating the scale-up of Nordic innovation.
By 2030, we aim to have financed and supported 100 growth companies, with a long-term target of arranging €1 billion in growth funding by 2035.

Our portfolio currently consists of more than 40 Finnish technology companies, two-thirds of which are in health, biotech, and environmental technology, sectors where Finnish innovation has global reach.

We are industry-agnostic, with strong experience in scalable technology, particularly in bio & healthtech, environmental and dual-use sectors. Springvest specialises in equity financing rounds of €10–50 million, acting as lead investor and bringing international VCs and family offices on as co-investors.
